This musically evocative and deeply emotional work reflects life lessons learned, and fuses passion, poetic power, and musical and vocal skill, to striking effect.
For The Rose Tattoo, Daniela collaborated with Toronto producer Greg Kavanagh (BKS, Jennifer Warnes, Chrissie Hynde) to help realize her vision of acoustic nu-jazz blended with electronic music. Together they have brought about an evolution and transformation in Daniela's sophisticated sound, while preserving the essence of her earlier sound. The open minded and adventurous approach has created a record of 10 new tracks that can only be summed up as: EarthyModernPopJazzWorldCool!

This will be the live premier of The Rose Tattoo with full band and a few surprises.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society and Princess Margaret Hospital in honor of Daniela's mom - Rosie Nardi - who the record was inspired by and is in memory of.
